Thanks for responding.
The issue is that I’m unable to receive the promised compensation for an ongoing EA case, and I cannot get help from support. Here’s what’s happening: It is currently impossible to submit a support request through the online form. Live chat is unavailable in my region and cannot be accessed. Every email reply just redirects me to chat, but the chat link doesn't work—it leads to an internal EA page that does nothing. I’ve tried X (Twitter), Discord, and this forum, but no solution has worked. This problem has been ongoing for 12 days and affects many players globally. Given all the time spent trying to resolve this, it would be fair if EA considered providing better compensation than originally planned, not only for me but for all affected players. Is there a way for EA to escalate my case, improve communication, and offer better compensation for everyone still impacted?
