EA took payment from account then said there was an issue with payment.

I paid on the 7 for 2 games and had them downloaded and played the day of then the following day they took them off said I wasn’t going to be charged as there was an error in payment. Funny cause by back shows they received their payment and I have no games now. What’s the issue?
