EA update
I’ve been playing EA games for years on my PS account and never had an issue, but yesterday when I tried to load into college football it’s asking for an email address that I haven’t had access to in years. It’s a yahoo account and yahoo is saying that the account has been deactivated because of inactivity and they won’t let me access the account anymore. My PlayStation is linked to my email address that I’ve had for years now but my EA account is linked to the old email address so I’m not able to get a 6 digit code. I’m pretty sure the old email address is mailto:[edit: email address removed] but my email that is active is mailto:[edit: email address removed] . I need help with this because at this point I keep running into brick walls. Even when I try to go to the EA help website to fill out a form it’s giving me an error for the page so if I could get a little help that would be appreciated.
