There isn't exactly an email you can use, but you should see the email case or live chat option after you've selected the game and the closest matching support issue.
Yeah, that's the problem. They no longer show up after being disconnected twice. Nor does it allow me to create a new case, it just links me to their troubleshooting pages and that's it.
i can only assume that they flagged my account as being suspicious after the disconnects (due to their sh*t site).In that case, it's possibly worth trying again while not signed into any EA account. I just tried by selecting "EA Account" then "I want to update my EA Account information" while not logged into mine, and the site gave me the chat option just now.
Well this worked. And i appreciate the help.
But after wasting 30 minutes of my time answering their question, they told me they cant do anything about it.
It's cool, i love only being able to enjoy half of what i paid for. Never giving EA a cent again ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
