EA's live support chat not working for account thefts!
My account was hacked, and I submitted a ticket with the relevant questions. I can't reach live support; live support isn't working for this issue. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve this? I also tried emailing them, but it's been two weeks and I haven't received a response. Are they overwhelmed, or are they genuinely uninterested?
