EA's support site is insidiously crafted to do nothing.

It is infuriating that purchasing battlefront 2 and running it for literally the first time results in this exhausting game of password reset loops. Website suggests my account is already linked to a psn account with a disabled ea email. No way for me to manually fix it. Countless other people experiencing the issue though, so my searches are filled with examples of what to do next. I see community manager after community manager (or whatever it is called on here ) saying to make a case in the ea help site. But all that assumes the website will work at all. Because the site doesn't work. Cases aren't created, you don't get put into a chat queue, it just redirects you to the main page after you fill out your contact request form.  No ability to contact support in any way whatsoever. **bleep**ing bull**bleep**.

    Hey there,

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems contacting an advisor using the EA Help website. What product and subject are you selecting when creating a case?
