Can't access my account and I can't reach support

Question

I can't login to my EA account since I don't have the email account linked to it anymore and whenever I try to contact support using customer care and click 'chat with an advisor', it always tells me this issue is not supported by advisors. The website tells me to contact support despite this not being supported? I've selected the options 'Secure EA Account' and 'Update EA Account' and neither of them are supported.

There is no way to directly contact EA Support from this link, and if I try to use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom, it brings me back to the same issue of it saying that 'this issue is not supported by EA'
