Email Change / Update issue

Can someone explain how I can change my email address? I go to update it, and it wants to send a verification code to my old email address "Yahoo" which I tried to log in to however Yahoo has deactivated that email since it hasn't been used in over 10 years.

If someone from EA support could contact me so i can get this resolved that would be great. Only reason i need this fixed or is an issue is that i would like to update my username and shocker i still have to receive a verification code.

    Would you have kept a copy of your backup codes? When you set up login verification for the first time, the backup codes are displayed on the screen with directions to write them down should you need them in the future. These codes are there to help you if you can't access your email or receive the verification codes for some reason. You can use them to log into the EA account and again to update the EA account information to an email you can access. 

    If you didn't write them down at the time, you'll need our support team's help to recover access to the account. Click this link to get in touch with the support team, and they'll do their best to get you back into your EA account.
