Email changed on other account, what now

I recently had my main account's email changed without my authorization and I've been waiting to talk with support for hours upon hours. I spent like hundreds of dollars on my main account just for it be hacked. The email that alerted me to the change was sent to my spam inbox and I didn't even receive it. I'm trying to find support on this or maybe some insight because I'm unsure if I even have a shot to get my account back.
