Email I have been using for 15 years no longer exists, how can I replace it

I have an issue where the current email I am using doesn't exist, therefore I can't access anything for two-factor authentication. I can't even change the email to one I use because I need to verify ...

    keeps asking for a product or a game. I can login into any EA game I got with my PSN with no problem, but there seems to be no option for EA Accounts specifically with the contact forms
