Email Verification
Hello, I'm running into an issue here that I'm worried I might be screwed with. The email I used for setting up my account back in 2014 was my parents email and neither of them have access to the account anymore. It was an sbcglobal.net email aka (yahoo) and it has been more than 3 years since they've been on the account which if you don't know means the account has been purged. I'm able to log into my ea account using my xbox as an approved method but I am unable to add a new email, phone number, or authenticator app to my EA account without the code being sent to an email that no longer exists. I need help getting through this but the AI has been so unhelpful. Can someone please help me with this? I have 2 emails I want to set-up one as primary and one as my backup but like mentioned I cannot access the deleted email for verification.
