I understand and appreciate the importance of account security. However, my situation is unique and has been unresolved for years. I am permanently locked out of my EA account because it is linked to an email address that is not mine. Recovering that email account is not an option, which means your suggested solution does not work for me. 

At this point I am asking for an alternative resolution. I have ownership of my PSN ID as stated before and I am provide evidence of my PSN account. Simply telling me to "regain access to the email" is not viable solution when I have already stated that this is impossible. 

If the only option is to delete the EA account linked to my PSN ID (which I assume has been inactive for several years) so I can create a new one (i.e. linking this account to my PSN ID), then I am willing to proceed with that. 

Please escalate this matter to someone who can assist me properly. I am not willing to accept "we can't help" as the final answer when there must be an alternative path forward.
