Endless issues with ea sports fc 26

Can anyone tell me why there has been so many issues with the game? I've played Fifa etc for over 20 years and its never been this bad and I'm thinking of this being the last time I buy the game. I've tried to get feedback from the support etc but to no avail, this game isn't just a game for me its been a massive help during health issues so its hard to take that I think they given up on the actual die hard fans that aren't there to just buy cards etc etc. Help me forum, you're my only hope 👀🤣
