I bought ea play pro but everytime i try to download fc27 it says Game ownership disabled or deleted. Ive not been banned and this is the only game this happens on. Ive tried all troubleshooting methods i believe its a licensing issue because i downloaded fc27 lite. Ive deleted it since but this still happens ive seen other people on this forum have the same problem can someone help me out?

If you believe that the issue is happening because of a previous version of the game that you had, you can try to download RevoUninstaller, uninstall the remaining files from the previous version, run CCleaner to make sure there are no temp files or cached files left, and then try a full reinstall of the current version that you have.
