Everytime i try to link my Xbox account it selects the wrong account

So I have been to link my xbox account the EA app but it keeps selecting the wrong account and wont let me select my other account. And when I try to enter my email instead of going through the xbox ...

Hi EA_Lanna,

These screenshots are what I see when i try to link my Xbox account through the Xbox icon.

(I coloured out my email for privacy reasons)

And this is when I try cancelling this action.

I will try resetting the password linked to my account. And if you have any further ideas I will attempt them ASAP.
