FALSE TRANSFER MARKET BAN FC 26

GUYS ANY NEWS???CAUSE I'M IN THE SAME SITUATION AND I'M GOING CRAZY

Hi EA Support,

I'm writing to get help with a Transfer Market ban on my FC 26 PS5 account.

I received an email from EA stating that I’ve been banned from the transfer market, but when I check my EA account status online, it shows no active ban or restriction. This contradiction is confusing, and I'm unsure what actions (if any) triggered this.

For the record, I have never used third-party services to buy coins or break any of EA’s rules. I’ve spent a lot of time grinding the game legitimately. 

I kindly ask for a manual review of my account to clear up this situation. I believe this restriction may have been applied incorrectly. 

Thank you for your time and I truly hope to get this resolved soon so I can continue enjoying Ultimate Team.

I also got the same message last night. There are like tons more people affected by this. How does the system even verify this on the basis of just suspicion? I have emailed them more than 3 times but they haven’t got back to me all day. So disappointing since I spent a lot on fc points and I also preordered the game as well 🥲

Same problem here, contacted EA multiple times but has not been solved and don't get any reply anymore. Got a second warning again after a few days while already having a transferban.

I have the same problem here. I was banned around October 22th. I filled complain after complain..i chatted multiple times with ea costumers and they all said 'we will give the information to the team of service.'  Still no response i just get frustrated by now..

What if you buy coins? It's not your fault that youtubers promoting coins websites..they get to promote the game and have millions of coins and they get nothing for it

It's a disgrace 

You have the right to request a DSAR (or RGDP) (Data Subject Access Request). They are legally obligated to provide you with all information related to your in-game purchases and sales, the reason for your ban, and confirmation of whether the decision was made automatically. If it was, they must also provide basic information about the criteria used in making that automated decision.

Hey guys, just an update, still no change in my transfer market ban despite many attempts of trying to contact EA. 

i just find it somewhat upsetting, the game just came out, we are all trying to have some fun, we get good players in packs and we get banned for no reason. I hope my ban is removed and I hope EA reads my message and fixes it for everyone and myself experiencing the same issue.

The same thing happened to me. The market was suddenly blocked overnight and I got the same responses you did. All I have done is sell players within their price range. I buy them at market price and list them at a high price. Since I have several, one eventually sells. Does that mean I deserve to be banned?

Also the market app itself displays the message make money, which reinforces that my activity is in line with what they promote. If their system interprets this as a violation, then I believe the issue lies in their design.

They claim I am violating the Terms of Service but they do not clarify what exactly I am doing wrong, because I have not violated anything.

Honestly the way they treat customers leaves a lot to be desired.

You spend money on FC Points and in the game, and then overnight they block a core part of the experience and you have no right to appeal because they do not even care enough to offer a chat or phone number to resolve these kinds of issues.
