Falsely flagged for Cheating in BF6 - Stats reset on all games/platforms

So the title explains a lot but for more context during the bf6 beta I couldn’t get on the game as the pc I was on was a little bit older and didn’t have windows 11 and did not have its boot settings updated. It also (in hindsight) had two Trojans. Regardless, I didn’t know the last part and attempted to fix the problem, couldn’t and just hopped on my 2nd computer and was able to play no problem since it’s a newer pc. Anyways, I went to play Battlefield 1 a few days ago and noticed my rank was reset but I had some dotags still and some chests.

Put in a ticket with support and just checked and it was closed, says cheating, BF6, pc. I know it was from the attempted login on my old pc and I would have no issue giving support any information they need. I haven’t cheated and I wasn’t even able to get the game to launch on that pc due to secure boot not being enabled and even after fixing all of it, I still couldn’t get it to run because of “secure boot”. I can assure I was not cheating and I was able to install the game the same night on my other pc and play fine. I am very confident this was a false flag or bug on the system and would really appreciate if someone could look into it and fix it if possible. I’ve played battlefield since bad company 2 and would hate to have these stats reset over a bug/false flag/unrelated issue as I guarantee and promise I never attempted to cheat period. I’ll gladly suck or be average and have fun over cheating. I’ve even been very vocally against it. Also, the BF1 data was in my Xbox account and the flag happened on pc. Like I said I can provide any information.
