Family Management - Error

I have spent hours trying to fix this issue...

I want my sons EA account linked to mine not a complicated request...

I have my EA account and he has his (am able to log into both accounts).

From my EA account I can't Access Family Management from the Account Management web tool. I just get an error message that says,

Something went wrong, we ran in to a tech error Try again later. (Its been a week and support was zero help and sent me here to the forums...)

So I can't see any settings or accept his request to join the family etc.

I have tried diff devices/browsers cleared cache's etc - no joy.

All the other links on the EA web portal work fine just not family management.

Spent £100's on PS5 and EA games and all I have bought is frustration...
