FC Manager Objectives and Contract

Manager Mode is given objectives and one must meet these objectives for fear of being sacked. The problem is that there is no continuity from season to season. It doesn't matter if you took a League 1 squad to the Premier League in 3 seasons, if in the 4th season you don't meet the objectives, you get sacked.

So why not instead, when you start a manager career, you sign a contract of 3-5 years. Within the contract, you're given objectives for the season but also for the length of your contract. And you get a percentage of satisfying these objectives.

Such as...with a team like Wrexham in League 1.... your objectives would be....

Within 3 years..    1-get promoted to Championship. 2-win mamager of the year or Manager of the Month 6 times  3-avoid relegation 4-profit 50 mil. 5-win one trophy

And Each Season.. 1-sign one player for starting XI. 2-promote one academy player 3-renew contract of your lead scorer. 4-maintain a record above .500 5-sell your lowest performing player.

And based off your completion of these objectives you get a percentage grade for a contract renewal at the end of the 3 years. If your percentage falls below 70%, you can be sacked at any moment.

Make it more like an actual manager contract. This way, it matters 5 seasons into your save that you took a League 1 squad to the Premier League 2 seasons ago.  Or that you went to the Champions League final...even though you didn't win it, you achieved 95% of the objective and therefore deserve a contract renewal bc the club is heading in the right direction.
