Division Reset Issue Without Playing + No Rewards

Hi,
Yesterday I was in Division 3, and today when I came back home to keep playing and try to reach Division 2, I noticed I was suddenly back in Division 4 — even though I didn’t play any matches since yesterday.

On top of that, I didn’t receive any rewards at all. No coins, packs, or anything. It’s like my progress just vanished.

I also noticed in the quests that there was an objective granting a significant amount of XP for purchasing a kit and playing with it. I spent €5 to buy this kit, but the quest isn’t progressing or completing.

Can someone please check these issues? It’s really frustrating to lose progress, miss out on rewards, and not have quest objectives register after spending real money.
