Fc26 UT hacked and unable to appeal

Hi, 

Ive recently logged back into the game and seen my icon striker (bought for 1.4million) alongside 200k of my coins have vanished- I’ve looked into it and the striker was sold for 1milliom before the person who hacked me has bought the same Turkish player over and over again and quick sold it all. 

my transfer market has a ban on there. The penalty , I have tried multiple times to appeal , however keep getting an error saying “case not created” - the chat bots have advised me this is the only way to get this investigated and fixed. Leaving me in an impossible situation that I can’t do anything about! 

Has anyone else experienced this issue? 
can anyone from ea please pick this up and look into this - money has been spent on the game, all for security to be so easy to override ?! 

now missing out on fut champs, sbcs, rewards , and my overall experience of the game.
