Got a temporary game ban due to network disconnection. Not fair! IMO

I don't know why I am having a network issue, but getting banned because of that is totally unreasonable.....it's like getting penalised because of having a bad internet connection. EA totally sucks!

Hey there, was that a temporary cooldown from joining matches or an account ban? If it's an account ban, you can send an appeal to the Terms of Service team.
