Hacked account and missing content

Dear EA 

i just spent 150 on the game and 150 euro on fc points

 

i start my game today and see that i have been hacked i lost more then 1.4 million coins and alot of my treadeble players 

 

now i have nothing how can i come in contact to help my get my coins and players back ?

    Hi there, I'm sorry to hear your account was compromised and that you're missing content.

    The first thing I'd recommend is securing your EA Account by changing your EA Account password, changing the password for the email linked to it, and enabling two-factor authentication if you haven't already. You can find the full steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-account/secure-hacked-account/

    Since you're also missing Ultimate Team content, you'll then need to contact EA Help so an advisor can review the account and the missing Coins/players with you: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/orders-and-rewards/find-missing-ea-content/#ea-sports-fc 

    When you contact them, let them know that your account was compromised and that Coins and tradeable Players are now missing. Please don't share any account or personal information publicly here on the forums.

    Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Hey Roy, you can continue playing the game as usual; that should not interfere with their investigation. 

    Once they have investigated the account, you should receive an update via email associated with your EA account.

    Yes i have one more question 

     

    they sent me a message that i have to wait for them checking everything

     

    can i play on the account now and if i make coins will they not think i already got them 

     

    i was hoping to buy some more points en get coins and when they finish to get my 1,6 million back
