Hacked Account/Unlink Steam Account

To preface all of this, I haven't played anything EA related online for years. Back when Apex Legends first came out my account got hacked after I was inactive for a long period of time. This individual managed to get my account banned, I assume from cheating. I tried getting help from EA support back then but got absolutely nowhere. Basically got a reply of "tough luck dude".

(Fast forward almost a decade and I've forgotten that my steam account is still linked to the banned EA account) 
With Battlefield 6 releasing in October I decided to purchase the game on steam and saw that the Beta was going to be opening up soon so i got everything downloaded. I open up the game and immediately get a message saying "Your account has been disabled". Frustrated, I open a case on this new EA account explaining this very situation and log back in to see its closed with no explanation. For the love of God can I please get some help from someone at EA, its almost been ten years...
