Your Apex progress would be stored on the EA account where it was initially earned. If your account is roughly 6 or 7 years old and you've played Apex around 4 years, it sounds like that would be on a different EA account than the one you're using now.

If you had unlinked your Steam from a hacked or banned EA account and linked it to this one instead, your progress would not be copied or transferred. That would still be back on the original EA account, so you'd need to try re-linking there to recover access to any progress that's been lost.
