Hacked (Change Email)

6 hours ago I've been hack by someone in Madrid, they change my email in authenticator. but when i try to change it back they never allow me it just chnge recently. now i cant play my games because of this. i try to use my phone number to send me code by it said to many attempt. i try to send a hel request in EA Help 6 hrs ago but no feedbaack from them. i hope someone can help me.
