Hacker with Bans Compromised my Account

In early September 2025, my EA account was compromised by an unauthorized account. This hacker linked their steam account to my EA account, a steam account that had lifetime bans issued to it for Apex Legends and FIFA/FC games that date back to 2023. I have never been issued a ban on any EA game whatsoever, but am now unable to play games I have purchased due to this hack. I also cannot unlink the unauthorized account because EA does not allow banned accounts to be unlinked. For about 3.5 months now I have continuously appealed the ban and explained the issue with evidence, such as my log in data that shows unauthorized login attempts from different IP addresses, and a specific timeline that details how I was able to play FC25 right before this hack transpired, proving that it is not my account that is banned. I believe it would be very easy for EA to confirm that I was playing these titles long after the bans were issued to this unauthorized account. However, my appeal is denied every single time and I never am able to get in touch with anyone regarding this issue. I have spent hours with live chat advisors and have taken every step they have told me to, but nobody is willing to actually take a look at this issue. Not only have I suffered a financial loss as I had pre-ordered FC26 before the hack happened and have not been able to play it at all, my privacy and personal information are at risk as EA support has refused to properly take care of this issue and continues to allow a unauthorized account to be linked to my account.
