I have tried to access ea support via advisor today to try and unlink my account since I linked it to the wrong EA account, however I tried to submit and it. says "This is issue is not supported by advisors." No matter what topic, game or console I choose, it always comes up with the same message. I really need help on this.

I have already tried everything, but I have to wait 6 months to unlink and I don't even think I can link the XBOX account back to my other EA account since it was already on there before. This isn't about account issues. This is about how contacting an advisor to help simply doesn't work. No matter what topic I choose, it comes up with the error message saying "This topic isn't supported by an advisor"
