How do I get help if no one is responding to my tickets?
Over a week ago I submitted a ticket about swapping my email address on the account, and I haven't heard a single word back about my case, not even a "hey we got your ticket, please wait." Cox Communications ceased support of all of their @cox.net emails, so I do not have access to the account in question. Previously I had reached out to support to get this fixed, but apparently all they did was add my gmail IN ADDITION to the inaccessible @cox.net email. So my primary email (which is where all communication emails from EA DEFAULT to, and you CANNOT change that field when you log into your account) is stuck on the @cox.net email address, and they insist on using it. That only fixed not getting the 2FA emails, because they ask what address you want the code sent to, but everything else account related is being sent to no where. Hope I wasn't getting emails inviting this 17 year veteran of the franchise to play test anything......................................... (/s)
"A confirmation email was sent to b**********************@cox.net with your case info. You can continue browsing EA Help. We'll let you know when your chat has started." - Yeah, that email is never going to be seen, and your website just freezes and the live chat never does anything.
I also got a crazy hash looking message "A confirmation email was sent to **********[edit: email address removed] with your case info. You can continue browsing EA Help. We'll let you know when your chat has started." when I try to use my gmail. What. Is. Going. On. This is ridiculous.
I just want my account to be an email that I can open. That's all. Simple data base change, 1 field.
