Having issues logging into EA

So I have been playing On my ps5 since it came out and even on ps4 but now I switched to PC but I can't seem to remember this email I created. I tried everything and I can't sign in. is there any way at all you can change this email for me? I can verify proof of ownership any other way but I can log into this email whatsoever. thank you
