Having trouble with Battlefield 6 Beta
I'm having hard time trying to get into the beta i created a Ea account because i never had one before but it still says the i need to reset my password and that my login credentials have expired even though i just created the account i need help on this thanks in advance.
It sounds like your PlayStation is already linked to an old, disabled EA account then. If you know what the old email address is you can reactivate the account by resetting the password (If you've made your new account with the same email you may need to temporarily change it), but if you either don't remember or if it isn't working you'll need to reach out to our live support team and they can take a look at unlinking your account.
