Having trouble with Battlefield 6 Beta

It sounds like your PlayStation is already linked to an old, disabled EA account then. If you know what the old email address is you can reactivate the account by resetting the password (If you've made your new account with the same email you may need to temporarily change it), but if you either don't remember or if it isn't working you'll need to reach out to our live support team and they can take a look at unlinking your account.
