No option left but to go to court
I have tried numerous times to contact EA support and all I get is some lousy words in an email format that clearly doesn't enable the other person to respond. How can you explain the situation without proper lines of communication . How can they take things into consideration fairly without communication and investigations? All it is ,is EA claiming a violation of policy. Well what if my account was compromised? What if im innocent of these accusations? Wouldn't that merit a proper form of communication with customer service? I have never been treated so badly by a company as I have been now. EA has made it extremely difficult and has made me feel like I am a criminal of sorts. I am certainly am not and I feel like I'm not being taken seriously enough. So with that being said , I have absolutely no other option but to take this to court . I sincerely hope that what I am having to go through now doesn't happen to anyone else because if this is how a professional corporation treats their customers I can definitely forsee it happening more often.
