I need help i lost a email+password to my psn account and is wondering if u could unlinked it so I can relink it to my account that I have all of the details for

I wouldn't recommend unlinking the PSN from your EA account just yet. Two reasons:
- Lifetime link: An EA account can only match with one type of linked accounts in its lifetime. So if you have already linked a PSN to it in the past, even if you unlink it, a new one can't be linked to the same EA account in the future.
- Risks: It's also important to know that unlinking your PSN from your EA account will mean you'll lose access to your game progress and purchases.
