this does not help because we cannot access the email that the verification code is going to to get into the accounts tab to unlink platforms

KANDYGOAT if you cannot access the email, you must contact EA Help for assistance. The wait times are longer than usual due to beta releases.
Been waiting for quite literally 10 hours on my case and when I try to open a new one or "resume" it this is what i get.
