help link xbox

so am trying to link my xbox to EA  but having an issue due to .accounts cant be linked because  my xbox account  is already linked to another ea  account .........however the email address shown is ...

Been waiting for quite literally 10 hours on my case and when I try to open a new one or "resume" it this is what i get.
