help me regain access to my account

Hello, I have an old EA account that was linked to my email [edit: email address removed] the nickname was CUDAY161 the problem is that I wanted to log in to play my favorite games, but I forgot the password and couldn't change it because I no longer have access to this mail. Help me reset the password so that I could log in.
