help please

please can I get some help I been trying to get my correct rank reward for ultimate team, but no agent is helping me in live support can you please give me my reward for rank you gave me a 92 overall fantasy pack I was supposed to receive a 93 overall fantasy pack this happened in season 2 also. I just want my reward EA is that too much to ask I sent proof to like 10 different agents ii spoke to, but they are saying they can't give me my reward someone help me thank you
