Help Removing Mentions

Hello, My previous EA ID is still publicly visible in old posts and user mentions. Even after I updated it, those mentions haven't changed and can still be found through search. EA customer support...

Those mentions are not automatically updated if you change your ID/username. We are not positioned to change these manually either. Sorry.
