Help with unblinking a lost account

Hi, I created an ea account but for some reason I cannot unlink it as my email or password won't work when logging into my account. The username is taken. I want to log into my account to change the privacy settings ( so I can add friends) if that is not possible could you unlink my account from my Xbox?

It says my account is linked under f0*****@anonymous.ea.com. This is not my email . Also when I try to link it via my xbox account it says the account is already taken clearly by f0*****@anonymous.ea.com is this my email linked to my xbox account any help would be appreciated
