How do I contact EA to provide proof of purchase?

I lost my product code for Late Night and the website says to contact EA with proof of purchase, but it doesn't provide any way to actually do this. There is no email, no live chat option under the issue, no phone number, nothing. I just want my game to be playable. How do I contact them?

    Contact options are only available under specific topics. There is no contact option available under topics relevant to my issue

    Try choosing "I want to update my EA Account information".
