I have unlinked all accounts from my Xbox Console.  When I try to link a new EA account, it tells me something is still linked.  The email is partially hidden, and one I do not recognize.  How do I f...

    You can talk to EA support, they will provide you with all of the necessary information and can assist you with the unlinking process.
