4 months agoPlease note that you're referring to a post that's 4 months old. The website has been updated recently and things have changed slightly.
You can go to this page: https://help.ea.com/en/, click on "EA Account Support":
Select the topic you need, and follow the instructions. If that doesn't solve your problem, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Us":
The next page has a form to fill out. Depending on the topic selected, you will be given different contact options. The chat is usually available for account-related issues.

Sadly this is also of just no use at all. I have submitted 2 "tickets" over the past week without a single response and when I go into my account for open cases.. I have none.
