How do I make a support ticket for the sims?
I have been going round in circels for weeks, no link takes me to what I need, it will just open the same old page in another window and ask me to sign in again, to ea forums or my ea account or some...

Except that's the page (that link) that doesn't help me at all and sends me in circles going NOWHERE, there is NO help once I submit a question to the search box on the sims 4 page, and NOTHING in the forums already, this is a REALLY BADLY designed (I hesitate to even USE that word for this ugliness) site for HELP, it's GREAT to STOP people getting help though.
So there are NO avenues for me to get actual support from the people who make this game? So if I can't play it anymore I should just get a refund for all those expacs I've wasted my money on, right?
