an EA account that you previously used on Origin is also usable on the EA app. If you're having issues logging into the EA app with your credentials, please contact EA Support, so they can help you recover the account.
Community ManagerIf all of your games are gone, please try to empty the cache of the EA app. If they're still gone, that means that you're logged into the wrong account or accidentally created a new account. In that case, you will need to find the correct login details again to log into the correct account.
I have the same problem, can't play any of my old games - created new EA accounts using the only two email addresses I have. Neither have any of my games...
Community ManagerNew EA accounts won't have the games that are already linked to an old EA account - I imagine that the old account is linked to an e-mail address that you aren't using anymore and might not have access to anymore even.
As already said, please contact support. We don't have access to account information here in the forum.
