How do I submit a formal complaint?

I contacted EA “live chat” support. I asked how I could submit a complaint, and he ignored me. 

Can anyone help?

    I played the Skate game and finished all the training, and when it came to the mission between the three towers, after I finished it, I went back several times and with all the requests, the next mission did not open for me
