anything i try to access, asks for verify my identity. very frustrating. when i can just delete this account an pay for a new one?? but its using the email, i only use. please help? i havent logged in over 10 years on xbox one
how do i find this customer support? this site does not give simple instructions. ive spent hours going in loops
You need to contact customer support they will help you verify your ID and then they will set up two step authorization. I had this issue when I had to change over computers a few years ago and that's all I did.
