how do start a ticket?

my account was hijacked that person changed my email address. The steam games I have do not work now I placed 7 tickets then begged Steam to bug your company when nobody responded on your end. I pla...

    Well I did that 7 times (one a Day) and got no response no and no ticket  generation.  That is why I made this post because the link does not work or they ignoring my inquiry's

    Update I followed the link put in all the information yesterday and nothing happened once more no ticket generation.
