How do you add an email to an account when the old email is unavailable??

Hi! So this account (the one I'm posting from) has a login tied to a @live.com email address, unfortunately support for that domain ended before I remembered to move this account and the address became inaccessible to me. I've had this account for years and spent quite a lot on various games and add-ons so I do not want to make a new account.

It has continued to let me sign in and play games for like two years at this point because I still have the password but I'm worried one day it will lock me out because I can't give it an authentication code. It already does this for some parts of EA websites. I really wish EA had like an actual support line I could call to deal with this rather than relying on this weird community forum thing.

Are there any workarounds? Again I only have the one email linked and no phone number or anything else (because I'd need an email code to do that).

It might be linked to my steam because it has the Sims 3 listed as a game I own but I own and play that on steam so ??? I'm not sure how I'd actually use that, though.

Help! Please!

TL;DR I can't change my email to one I have access to because it needs a verification code I can't access and EA doesn't have a normal support line anymore.
