How long does it take for EA to review my Case?
I feel like i got banned for absolutely no reason since i didnt even play yesterday but i woke up today to my account being banned. I need this resolved asap.

Do your Job EA! Do your research before just banning someone. Unless i got banned for not playing the game, this dont make sense. I didnt even play a match and i got banned. I need to know the Reason why exactly. A bunch of lazy people working customer service for EA. I think the DMV gave me better customer service then this. I need my case resolved now.
